Training are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 20.30 to 21.30.

Venue

Trainings are at Waterford Martial Arts Gym
Unit 10, Park Business Park, Newtown Road, opposite the People's Park, near Domino's Pizza.

Directions from North

When travelling from Dublin or Kilkenny (N9), Wexford (N25) or Limerick (N24)

• Follow signs for city centre and cross over the bridge.
• At traffic lights turn left onto the Quay and continue down Custom House Parade.
• Follow the road through a sharp right turn passing the Tower House Hotel.
• Turn left onto Lombard Street at the traffic lights directly after the Tower House Hotel.
• Follow the road and turn left, directly after the petrol station.
• The Waterford Martial Arts Gym is the last building on the right past Domino's Pizza

Directions from South

When travelling from Cork (N25 South)

• Follow signs for city centre until you get to The Mall.
• At the first set of traffic lights with a pedestrian island in the middle, turn right onto Lombard Street. You'll see Reginald's Tower and the Tower House Hotel in front of you on either side of the Mall.
• Follow the road and turn left, directly after the petrol station.
• The Waterford Martial Arts Gym is the last building on the right past Domino's Pizza
